This competition is good also for both consumers and companies. Consumers can have access to a wide variety of products, which is not the case for a national market economy. For the companies it is beneficial this competition because the single market will "keep alive" only those companies with healthy management and over time this heritage translates into a greater competitiveness of European products on the global market.

In my opinion EU competition is a good thing because it lowers prices for consumers; the simplest way for a company to gain a high market share is to offer a better price. In a competitive market, prices are pushed down. Not only is this good for consumers - when more people can afford to buy products, it encourages businesses to produce and boosts the economy in general. I think it is a good thing and because in a competitive market, businesses will try to make their products different from the rest. This results in greater choice – so consumers can select the product that offers the right balance between price and quality.

In my opinion the essence of the single market is the possibility of undertakings to compete on equal terms on the markets of all the Member States. Therefore, the common competition policy is essential to the achievement and maintenance of the single market. It ensures the competitive conduct of undertakings (firms, companies, businesses) and protects the interests of consumers by enabling them to procure goods and services on the best terms. It promotes economic efficiency by creating a climate favourable to innovation and technical progress. It prevents anti-competitive practices on the part of companies, which might choke off the competitive dynamics generated by the completion of the single market.

Regarding this issue i think that competition policy is a remarkable thing. It is an integral part of the good quality of goods. At the present stage of world development, competition as a driving force forces manufacturers of goods to constantly seek new ways to improve their quality, lower prices, and improve service quality. The main condition under which the market mechanism, which provides stable economic growth, variety of assortment and high quality of goods and services, is market competition. Formation of competitive relations promotes the creation of a developed, civilized market, which includes the sphere of production and commodity exchange. In this case, the competition performs a number of important functions.

Ukraine has consistently taken on the world and European experience of development and protection of economic competition. Obviously, the history of the competition formation and development in Ukraine has determined the special model of competition policy. For my country, the standards of EU competition policy and governance in the field of economic competition are of particular importance. Since the single European market is based on the so-called four freedoms, that is, on the free movement of persons, goods, services and capital within member states, the common competitive policy of the countries of the European Union is one of the cornerstones of European integration. Ukraine seeks to join the EU and become its full member, which means that Ukraine will have to adapt its legislation on competition to the European one. It is very difficult to predict the implications of such changes by now. However, I'm inclined to think that EU competition policy could be a good thing for the Ukrainian economy, as it could become a new driver for its powerful development.

I guess the competition policy is good for consumers. However as in every competition the winner is only one and he is stronger than looser. But what should “looser” do to become a “winner “ on common market. I think to develop himself and find the solution. It makes the existence of poorer companies impossible. In the era of globalized world every firm must be on the top level to survive in the competition. In such situation , consumer has an opportunity to use the goods of the best quality.

In my opinion, competition policy is a really good way. First of all, it's absolutely destroy monopoly in EU, and make a high standard of product. This makes companies to be faster, smarter, and produce a product with higher quality than a competitor

Competition policy is about applying rules to make sure businesses and companies compete fairly with each other. This encourages enterprise and efficiency, creates a wider choice for consumers and helps reduce prices and improve quality.Low prices for all: the simplest way for a company to gain a high market share is to offer a better price. In a competitive market, prices are pushed down. Not only is this good for consumers - when more people can afford to buy products, it encourages businesses to produce and boosts the economy in general.Better quality: Competition also encourages businesses to improve the quality of goods and services they sell – to attract more customers and expand market share. Quality can mean various things: products that last longer or work better, better after-sales or technical support or friendlier and better service.More choice: In a competitive market, businesses will try to make their products different from the rest. This results in greater choice – so consumers can select the product that offers the right balance between price and quality.Innovation: To deliver this choice, and produce better products, businesses need to be innovative – in their product concepts, design, production techniques, services etc.

I belive that EU competition policy is a good thing because it lowers the price for consumers. The simplest way for a company to earn a high market share is to offer a better price. Not only is this good for consumers when more people can afford to buy different products, encouraging businesses to produce and stimulate the economiy in general. In a competitive market bussinesses will try to make their products different from the rest. This leads to a greater choice, consumers can select the product that offers the right balance between price and quality.
